Kelly's Pet Service is amazing! Our minds are at ease knowing someone, not only comes by to check on our pups and feeds them, but makes sure they're comfortable and takes time to show them love. After each visit, we receive pictures and updates on how our pups are doing which is wonderful! Mr. Todd is awesome and our pups love him! I would highly recommend Kelly's Pet Service 10 out of 10!

I have used Kelly’s Pet Services to walk my dogs for a couple of years and have been very please with their service. I recently had to go out of town for a few days and wanted to have my dogs cared for in my home. Kendall did an excellent job and I could not be happier with how she cared for my three dogs! They love her! She was here multiple times during the day and stayed overnight. Kendall provided updates after each visit that were informative and humorous. I will definitely use their overnight services again! Could not be happier! Thanks Kendall!!

Todd and Kelly do an amazing job taking care of my two pups. I can travel with ease knowing that they will be fed and played with on a regular schedule. My doggies love them!! And Bingo gets his meds, also!!

Can’t say enough good things about them! They take such good care of my dog, Max! I love how they send so many pictures with each visit. With Kelly’s Pet services Max gets to stay comfortable in his own home and gets so much more love and attention than he would being boarded! Cannot recommend them enough!

Todd has been amazing with our 2 dogs! I was comforted knowing our dogs were in good hands. He would love on our dogs, walk them, and give them lots of treats! Todd was always willing to stop by last minute if needed and cared for our dogs if they were ever hurt. We are moving, but we will miss such great service!

New to town and not knowing many people, I found myself in need of someone reliable, dependable, and trustworthy to take care of my precious senior cat while I unexpectedly had to travel during the holidays. Kelly’s Pet Service had great reviews and Todd was highlighted throughout. I gave them a try and was not disappointed. Todd went above and beyond to accommodate, took amazing loving care of my almost 19 year old cat, and even went out of his way to help with an emergency home maintenance issue that arose. Todd provided top notch service, my cat loved him, and I will be using him for all future needs. I would highly recommend Kelly’s Pet Services and specifically Todd.

We can honestly say that Kelly's Pet Service and staff have been the best we've used, this includes the fact that we've lived in multiple states and have never had better care for our pups! They are so easy to communicate with and schedule appointments, even if needing something last minute, they are always willing to try and accommodate the best they can. We've recently used them on our extended vacations and would normally be anxious to leave our older pups for long periods of time but we know they are well taken care of with the regular updates and pictures from each visit. Some pet sitting services are more expensive and don't offer nearly as much in their services, communication or flexibility. We love supporting a local business like Kelly's Pet Services because they have been so good to us.

I've been using Kelly's Pet Services for almost a year and couldn't be happier! My dogs are walked 5 days a week by Todd. He is punctual and communicates when he is running late. On the rare occasion when he can't walk my dogs he contacts me early so I can make other plans, if needed. My dogs love Todd and will wait by the door for him to come! I trust Todd with my fur babies and know they are in good hands! Thank you Todd!

Todd has been so accommodating with our changing schedules. We cannot recommend Kelly's Pet Services enough! We requested them to pet sit for us while on vacation on short notice and they did a meet and greet with our pups and sent pictures of them at every visit! We definitely felt comfortable with them watching our boys! Definitely recommend and will only use them from now on! Great price too!!

Todd did an excellent job taking care of my three cats, all of whom required meds daily. Additionally, he cleaned out the cat food cans for recycling and even took the trash can to the curb on trash day without being asked. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

I can rest easy knowing my 3 fur babies are taken care of with the services provided by Kelly's Pet Service. I was nervous to have strangers in my home but appreciated the meet and greet prior to the date of service.
Todd was caring and willing to listen to my stories and needs of my pets. I plan on never boarding my pets again because of Kelly and her crew.

Where do I start with Kelly's Pet Services SuperHeros!?
We are in the transition of moving to another state by way of living in South Carolina for a few months, don't know anyone in the area, and we travel for work A LOT!
I came across Kelly's Pet Services, and they were on the ball from the very start. We started with an in person introduction with Todd at the last minute, and he immediately connected with our two small pups. First hire went fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the visitation pictures they uploaded to their easy and intuitive portal (which is genius).
On our second time hiring Kelly's Pet Services, we forgot to leave a key, and were already two hours away boarding an airplane. Todd ended up having to go to our leasing office to arrange on how to get in to take care of our two pups. He was so understanding of the situation, and made us feel like the pups were in good hands. We were able to trust he was going to follow through, and he did! On the way back from the same trip, we ended up getting stuck in Chicago weather resulting in a delayed flight for half a day. Todd and Taylor came through with a last minute visit that night without any hesitation. They didn't make us feel like we were putting them out or being inconvenienced!
We don't know what we would have done without their amazing team! Honestly, I have never had better service all around. Kelly's Pet Services and their team are extremely personable, reliable and professional. I can't speak to enough positives. They have made our lives manageable and less stressful. WE LOVE THEM!

This company was terrific. First time ever leaving my fur babies for a week. I got updates & pictures for the overnights & each additional visit throughout the day. My family and I are new to SC and we needed someone to pop in on our cat while we were out of town. Kathryn went above and beyond. Our cat was well taken care of and got plenty of extra attention. This was my first time using a pet service and Kelly did an amazing job with my cats. We were gone for 5 days and she took great care of my babies. She even pet them and hung out with them when they came out to see her. She responds in a reasonable amount of time and her prices are reasonable….I’m very very pleased with her. We just want to say how awesome this service was for our Fur-Babies. They were taken such good care of while we were gone by Ben, other than their normal happy dance when we arrived home, they fell right back into their regular routine with us without any signs of anxiety in just a half hour give or take, such peace of mind. We just moved to Columbia in 2018 and one of our pups is getting older and road trips are hard on her... The meet and greet let us know right from the start our Fur-Babies approved of Todd and Ben.
Ben did a Excellent job with keeping in contact with pics and texts... The Kennel option offered everywhere just had us a little nervous, being able to be cared for right in our Home is why I think this service is # 1 for us. They even checked our mail daily and offered to take our trash to the curb... Thank you again Kelly's Pet Service for making our Vacation more enjoyable too.

Kelly's Pet Services is AMAZING. There's not many people I would trust to give a copy of my house key to but they are so trustworthy and are FANTASTIC with my pup. The sitter that visits, Jordan, always sends the cutest pictures and updates when visiting my dog and it always makes my day to see how happy my pup is when Jordan comes to visit. The company is very professional and it's clear they really care about the pets under their care! When I first reached out, they were able to come out and do a meet and greet like the very next day! Very prompt, great care, and are just very nice people. Cannot speak highly enough of Kelly's Pets!

I needed to travel out of town last minute and was hesitant to take a chance leaving my pets with someone unknown to us. I searched locally and was more at ease once I read all of the glowing reviews on Kelly's website. She was amazing! She was flexible and able to accommodate our last minute plans. She responded immediately and was meeting my pets and set up in less than 24 hrs. She was so personable and knowledgeable with spot on questions regarding their care and by the time she left, I knew my animals were in competent hands. I received texts after every visit which was so reassuring to me. In fact, by the end I was wondering if my dog might resent my return home after all of the special treats and pampering. Aside from Kelly's excellent care in my absence, I need to ad that she was incredible affordable. Kudos to you Kelly. I was such a pleasure meeting you and I am so grateful to have found someone I not only trust in my home but someone I know will truly care for my pets. You are a gem!

Kelly's Pet services for our two growing kittens has been great. They deliver what we have asked for, on time, and with high quality. Our kittens love the visits, literally leaping from their perch to run to the front door when Kelly comes by. The interaction with the kittens has been great, keeps them happy when we can't be there. I can't say enough good things about Kelly and her crew! I needed a new pet sitter, so I was a little hesitant to hire someone new - Kelly's Pet Services far surpassed any other pet sitting service- this is not just a job to them- they truly love your pets as much as you do and stay in close contact with emails and pictures. I have 2 elderly cats, one which needs medicine twice a day and this was not a problem. One cat is very shy and does not like people, but she warmed right up to Susan, our sitter, which was amazing. I honestly think my cats miss them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Kelly is absolutely awesome to work with and she is great with my fur babies. She was super flexible with me as I needed to change plans last minute. I also have a cat that is not always friendly and she handles taking care of him with ease. She was detailed in taking care of my elderly lab who takes medication and has a set routine . Kelly was available by phone and text and even sent me some photos while I was gone. I would absolutely recommend Kelly pet services for any pet sitting needs.

Kelly FAR exceeded our expectations in dealing with our two dogs while we went to Disney. She called every day, sent pics to us every day! It gave us a lot of comfort while we were away. Kelly was able to deal with a difficult Shepherd who is not the most friendly, but by the end of the first day , Kelly sent me pics of the Shepherd in her lap. I would use her again and urge anyone to have confidence in her! She did a wonderful job! Thanks Kelly!!!

Kelly was SO professional from the first contact, completely focused on our needs and how to provide for Gracie. I felt 100% CONFIDENT that Gracie was in good hands with Kelly. "Kelly is absolutely amazing with my cat Cleo. Unfortunately, we just moved to Texas so Kelly will no longer be able to care for Cleo while I am out of town. However, she is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her! You can see how much she cares for all animals within the first few minutes of talking to her. She has always taken extremely good care of my cat and she made sure to stay and play with her for a bit every time she visited. She is extremely caring and easy to work with. She is AMAZING!"

"Kelly was a life saver. My husband and I spent 11 days in Mexico and had no one to watch our cats. We have one who is a "puker" and they are both somewhat needy as they only eat wet food. Kelly not only took amazing care of the cats, but I came home to a clean house with all of their bowls washed and clean litter. She brought in our mail, watered my plants, and even took our garbage out on garbage day. She sent pictures while we were gone and was in contact with me often. I never worried about the cats once! She is completely reliable and trustworthy. We have already hired her again to do some daytime dog walking!"
